Tuesday Move 45 at Home

EVERY 3:00 x 5 SETS AMRAP

Wednesday

TABATA Wednesday!
8 Rounds – :20 work to :10 rest

TABATA 1 – Burpees
TABATA 2 – Rower V- Ups
TABATA 3 – Box Step Ups
TABATA 4 – Ring Rows

Finish 1 Tabata before starting the next, rest 1:00 in between sets.
